2. INFORMATION COVERED BY THIS POLICY
This Policy covers information we collect from you through the Application. In order to access certain features and benefits on the Application, you may need to submit “Personally Identifiable Information” (i.e., information that can be used to identify you, hereinafter referred to as “PII”). PII can include information such as your name and email address, among other things. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the PII you submit to Burro. Inaccurate PII may affect your ability to use the Application, the information you receive when using the Application, and our ability to contact you.
3. CONSENT TO COLLECTION AND USE OF DATA
a. COLLECTION OF DATA. By installing or using the Application, you expressly consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information in accordance with the terms of this Policy.
b. PERSONAL DATA. In order to utilize the full benefits of the Application, you must register and provide accurate information about yourself, including PII (the “Information”) that shall be stored on your password-protected wireless device.
Any Information you provide is password protected and protected from unauthorized disclosure by reasonable technological measures. We recommend that you not divulge your password to anyone. At no time will an employee of Burro ask for your password via email. Burro reserves the right to delete or change any username or password at any time for any reason. The Information communicated to Burro by you may be transmitted by Burro to Service Providers in order to provide you with the Services requested by you in your use of the Application and you hereby consent to the transfer of such Information in connection therewith.
Your Information may be used for marketing and promotional communications by Burro or its partners including (without limitation) advertising networks and analytics companies (“Burro’s Partners”). Burro will not, however, sell or lease identity and contact information communicated by you to Burro to third parties not associated with Burro or Burro’s partners.
You may update and correct personally identifiable information maintained by Burro by logging into the Application and entering any new information about yourself by contacting Burro at email@example.com. However, Burro may use the personal data you provide at your discretion or on your own initiative, separately or in combination with other information you provide, for the following purposes:

Except as set forth in this Policy or as agreed upon between you and Burro in a separate agreement, we do not rent, sell or otherwise provide your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes, without your consent. Burro reserves the right to deny access to your Information and/or personal data: (1) when such denial of access is required by law, (2) when granting you access is reasonably likely to negatively impact other people’s privacy, (3) to protect Burro’s rights and property, and (4) when such requests are frivolous or made in bad faith.
d. DATA RETENTION. Burro retains the information collected pursuant to this Section 4.1 for so long as we, in our sole discretion, believe is necessary or appropriate (1) to carry out the purpose(s) for which such information was collected, or (2) to comply with applicable laws, contracts, or other rules or regulations.
e. DATA PROTECTION. Burro will use reasonable efforts to protect your personal data against unauthorized access and unauthorized use, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, Burro cannot guarantee that your personal data will be absolutely protected as Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. For example, your personal data may be affected by actions outside of our control, such as computer “hacking” and physical theft. You acknowledge that you provide any personal data at your own risk.
4. CONSENT TO PUBLIC DISPLAY OF DATA
If you participate in online services, such as the downloading and uploading of content, Burro may also collect, use, store, transmit and publicly display statistical data regarding your use of the Application.
